Tricia Wellings
Tricia Wellings has 21 years experience of running her own early years business and currently has 5 day nurseries. Alongside this she has also set up an Early Years Training company which trains her own and others teams. Tricia also undertakes individual consultancy for settings, mainly on their management of funding and finance.

Roopam Carroll
Roopam has decades of experience as a senior manager in the NHS and as the Owner of Beeston Nursery. She now is on a mission to help you to run your business the Nice Boss way, with love, authority and confidence.

Beverley Bacon
Beverley Bacon is the co-founder at ‘The Key’, an early years consultancy focused on HR, leadership and management. She has also previously worked in talent management at Busy Bees Nurseries, one of the UK’s largest nursery groups with 379 settings across the UK and Ireland.

Imogen Edmunds
"I’m Imogen Edmunds, Managing Director of Redwing Solutions (please see error below) a HR Consultancy that specialises in HR for Early Years. Redwing is 16 years next month and we have a small team of 5 working from an office in Redditch, Worcestershire. I am a mum of 1, (2 if you count the husband!) and I am surviving WFH by drinking lots of coffee!"

Dr. Sue Allingham
Dr Sue Allingham has both an MA and a Doctorate in Early Childhood Education from the University of Sheffield and is an independent consultant and trainer with her company Early Years Out of the Box Consultancy. She is the author of Transitions in the Early Years and writes regularly for Early Years Educator – EYE – magazine where she is Consultant Editor.

Ruth Swailes
Ruth has over 25 years’ experience in primary education, working as a School Improvement Advisor, Early Years consultant and moderator in several Local Authorities, primary Headteacher, and Ofsted inspector. Ruth now support settings and schools throughout the UK and is also National senior leadership consultant with Early Excellence.

Matt Arnerich
Matt Arnerich is Famly's Head of Content and for the past three years he's worked on producing content in a range of formats including blogs, guides and interview to highlight key early years industry issues and help ensure staff are well equipped with up to date knowledge.
