Alison Featherbe
Alison has many years experience within the early years across a variety of roles. She is currently working as an associate trainer for a safeguarding charity, mentoring Early Years Initial Teacher Training students and focuses the rest of her time on the development of Orange Caterpillar her early years consultancy.

Anne Therkelsen
Anne Therkelsen is the nursery leader at Børnehuset-Evigglad, a re-opened Danish nursery located in Copenhagen. She will be discussing how their reopening has gone, and what to be aware of.

Rachel Buckler
Rachel is a co-founder of the Early Years Hub. She has extensive experience of working within children’s services, social care, education and early years and is an experienced practitioner, trainer and consultant having worked with the early years sector for over 25 years.

Mine Conkbayir
Mine is a lecturer, award-winning author and trainer. She has worked in the field of early childhood education and care for over 17 years. She is currently undertaking a PhD in early childhood education and neuroscience to develop her work in the complex and challenging subject of infant brain development.

Jan Dubiel
Jan Dubiel is a nationally and internationally recognised specialist in Early Childhood Education. Having trained as an Early Years specialist, Jan worked as a Nursery, Reception and Year 1 teacher in schools across the country, leading teams as an Early Years co-ordinator.

Pam Jarvis
Dr Pam Jarvis is a chartered psychologist and a historian. Her key research focus is the wellbeing of children, young people and their families, and the development of social policy to support this
