For too long in the EYFS, the time needed for true early learning has clashed with the time we take proving that learning has taken place. As a software provider, we know all too well that we’re part of this story. It’s time to change that, and get our assessments back to what they’re truly for - making sure we understand and support our children.

With the recent release of Development Matters and a new Ofsted framework last year that both pledge to reduce paperwork and get practitioners to spend less time generating meaningless evidence, we wanted to put your questions to the people behind those documents and find out exactly what this brave new world might look like.
